How much do I need to pay for a consultation?

Nothing! A consultation is free, and payments only need to be made once representation is agreed upon.

Do you handle misdemeanors?

Billy will take on anything above a Class C misdemeanor, on a case by case basis.

Do you work in my county?

Almost definitely! Billy is not afraid of a little driving. He operates primarily in Brazos and surrounding counties, but has worked on cases in over 50 counties across Texas, even crossing state lines!

What if I need help/advice at night or on a weekend?​

Billy is generally available 24/7 to take calls from his clients.
